Joint Managing Directors, Neil Bailey and Andrew Hay established Insignia Marketing Solutions in 2001 after working in hospitality marketing throughout South East Asia, China and the Middle East. The company has since grown to employ more than 600 people, all guided by our shared values of excellence, service and mutual respect.
Our core management team includes Regional Directors; Anthony Arrigo in Hong Kong and Glen Grosic in Bangkok, our Financial Controller, Sandy Zong, and Regional Director of Operations Vanessa Kuo, both based in China.
